At YownHealth we believe that you (the patient) can provide the most accurate feedback on which medications or procedures worked for you. By rating your treatments (and optionally adding bloodwork results or health bio data from wearables), you help other patients (and the medical community) become more informed on what works best (and how often side effects occur). Together we can help avoid a repeat of something like the Vioxx tragedy where an estimated 88,000 heart attacks were caused between the drug’s release in 1999 and it’s recall in 2004 (ref: www.vioxx-npr-article).

Simply download the app, connect it to your provider’s EHR (or Apple Health), and rate your medication or procedure. You then have access to ratings from other patients to see which treatments are most effective (and have the least side effects).  

YownHealth also works to make your life easier by consolidating medical data from your different providers and storing it in one secure location (your phone). For better security we never store your medical record on our servers, you remain the sole custodian of your health record (always).
